Steps in the purchase/order process:

– 1. Step 2 – Add products to your shopping basket
Add the product you wish to purchase to your basket by clicking on the corresponding “Add to basket” button. For some products, you need to select additional product features (e.g. text editing, voice selection). Products are sorted by category and you can also search for them using the search engine. Click on the product name or the product image to find out more about the product you have selected. You can add as many products as you like to your basket. Once you have finished adding, you can continue shopping later, or complete your purchase. In the first case, the products in your basket will be saved for later purchase.

– 2. Step 1 – Edit your basket and enter the promotional code
Clicking on the basket will redirect you to the basket. You can also remove items from your basket (by clicking on the [X] button) or change the quantity. If you have a “promotional code” for a discount, you can enter it in the “Promotional code” field to reduce the amount of your order. Promotional codes can be obtained in several ways.

– 3. Step 1 – Choosing your payment and delivery method
To proceed with the purchase, click “Checkout”, a window will appear where registered users can enter their username and password in the “Login” section. Non-registered users click on the “Quick checkout” button and fill in the contact form. Confirm your details by clicking on the “Next” button. The delivery address for the goods you order will be displayed automatically and will be the same as the address you entered in the contact details form, unless you choose otherwise. Next is the payment selection step.

– 4. step – payment (checking the order, selecting the payment method and confirming or completing the purchase)
Before you click on the “Complete Purchase” button to end your purchase, please double-check that the amount of the products you have ordered is correct. Please also check the delivery address. After completing your purchase, the page redirects you to the payment method you have chosen, where you enter your payment details. You will receive a confirmation of your successful order to your email address.
